New, Nice & Clean.

Everything worked out and the apartment was very nice! The door lock with the FOB was very secure but for me & my group is was a learning experience as it took us a good 15 minutes to get in. We also had some issues that didn't get resolved due to communication by going through the VRBM app only. If texting were used it would have been quicker responses and additional items would have been received sooner such as needing regular coffee, salt & pepper, or more blankets. In the we enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Avoid if you can't climb 18 stairs

We did not stay because the number of stairs was a problem for me. Pictures do not indicate stairs but seem to show a walk way to a patio. It took several tries before we were able to obtain the lock box code to even enter the unit. Also, gate was not working due to repair, construction was heavy in the area of the building and there is road construction going on as well to get to the unit. The general area was very noisy and children were wandering around. It was very stressful to have to find another place to stay. Not sure if VRBO has a filter for "no stairs" but they need to so others aren't confused as to the entrance to a unit.

Comfortable and quiet

Enjoyed the stay here. Didn't get to enjoy the pool area. Had a little trouble figuring out the building number and how to find the place as there are several buildings. This rental is the first place on the left after you go through the security gate.
