3 bedroom 2 bath with beautifully finished basement, BAR are and bonus room with stove and day bed trundle. Plenty of bikes, outside games and inflatable kayaks. Sit back by the outdoor fire fit and enjoy your evening with friends and family. The private community beach with boat access is located 3 min drive, beach pass will be provided.
This is a pet friendly home come and enjoy what New Hampshire has to offer.

Great Lake Getaway

Anna’s house was very comfortable and had everything needed for a wonderful stay at the lake - right down to the inflatable kayaks which kept my teens occupied for hours at the beach. The Balmoral association is a special place on the lake to make memories with your family. My only clarifications I would want renters to know is that there are window ACs (one in the master bedroom and one in the family room) not central AC - though we didn’t need it as we just left the windows open to get fresh air (you will hear car traffic with the windows open but it was not a bother to us).
