Enjoy family fun playing ping-pong or a quiet evening star gazing. Suissevale is a private community with an amazing beach on an island accessed by a quaint foot bridge. Amenities include tennis and basketball courts, playground, volleyball, picnic tables and fireplaces. WiFi available at the home, beach and clubhouse.

All dishes, pots and pans and utensils should be washed and return to the drawers or cabinets.

SUISSEVALE RULES 1.No fireworks on the beach or after 10 pm. 2.On the beach, don't move picnic tables, no fires, no dogs and take trash with you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests supply their own towels, linens, toiletries, paper goods. Garbage bags and dishwasher detergent supplied--use the "light" cycle.
Bag all trash/recyclables. Place them in containers in the basement. It will be picked up at the end of your stay. Bags are under kitchen sink.
Don't leave food on sunporch; it will attract animals. Upon departure, leave glider cushions indoors, lock doors/windows, draw blinds, turn off A/C.
