About this property

Welcome to "Paddle & Powder" - a private 13+ acre lot with plenty of room to accommodate guests in all seasons. Features a cozy wood-burning fireplace with stunning views of the backyard, as well as a 3-season porch with plenty of natural sunlight, access to the outdoor fire pit, and an enclosed dog kennel.

Near Gunstock and Tenney Mountains for winter fun, plus all the water adventures that the Lakes Region has to offer! Dip into nearby lakes: Squam, Winnisquam, Waukewan, or Winnipesaukee.

The space: Large, sprawling family home with plenty of beds and bedrooms, as well as a pull out sofa and blow up mattress. Lots of room for dining, complete with extra chairs and folding tables when needed. A great space for family reunions and holidays! Pet friendly.

Guest access: You'll have the entire house to yourselves, as well as access to the land if you want to go exploring. The only locked room will be the utility room in the basement.

Do NOT use the fireplace in the game room. Only use the outdoor fire pit and/or wood stove if you are comfortable and know how to operate them.

Great winter weekend

We had a group of 7 adults who stayed 2 nights. The house was beautiful, clean and well stocked with essentials. There is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their thing, if desired. Some played games in the “library/game room” while others sat in the living room with some music and chatted. The master suite was huge with a great jetted tub, that sadly I didn’t get a chance to enjoy due to our short stay. The location was great - very quiet and private area, yet close to things to do - we recommend trying Buckey’s restaurant for some great food and drinks with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere - and only 10 min from house! This property is definitely on my list to return to again as NH is my happy place.
