Master bedroom – King Bed with en‑suite bathroom, modern glass shower and walk‑in closet. Queen Guest bedroom – luxury Queen Bed with reach‑in closet and smart TV. Twin bedroom – two comfortable Twin beds with reach‑in closets. Guest house – luxury Queen Bed, queen‑size pull‑out sofa couch, private bathroom and a kitchenette. Additional travel crib is provided. Total sleeping options: 1 King, 2 Queens, 1 queen‑size sofa‑bed, 2 Twins, 1 travel crib. The space accommodates up to 10 guests.



Outdoor living

A private heated pool with loungers sits beside an outdoor living room and a full‑size badminton court for family games. An outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill seats six, and a bistro table offers a cozy spot for coffee. The courtyard is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a tranquil retreat.



Kitchen & dining

The open‑plan designer kitchen features top‑of‑the‑line appliances, a coffee bar, mixology bar, Insta‑Pot, blender and kids’ plates. Kitchen dining room seats eight, while the kitchen bar seats three. The guest house kitchenette seats two, and the outdoor dining table seats four plus two at the bistro. Smart TVs with app access are placed throughout the living areas.

Located in the sought‑after SOSO neighborhood of West Palm Beach, you are a short walk from the Inter‑Coastal shores and steps from Dixie Grill & Brewery. A quick drive brings you to Mar‑a‑Lago, Worth Avenue shopping, The Breakers, Palm Beach Golf Course and the island’s best cafés and restaurants.

Families who appreciate a crib and highchair, groups seeking a work‑cation with high‑speed internet, and guests who want a complimentary concierge to arrange transportation, spa services, private chefs, grocery delivery, babysitters or car rentals. Dogs under 20 lb are welcome with written approval and a $250 fee per pet (maximum two); service animals are exempt. No cats are allowed.

High‑speed internet, smart TVs, heated pool (optional $100 per night, recommended October 15 – May 31, requires 3‑day notice and must be on for the entire stay), security cameras covering the front yard and pool area, mattress encasements, pillow protectors and hypoallergenic bedding.
