Two adjoining converted cottages from an 17th century house and stables accomodates 15 people in 6 bedrooms/4 bathrooms. Bright and comfortable. Access to shared heated swimming pool (may to october) and shared children playground.

Gite Madeleine (4 bedrooms)
Ground floor: 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), full bathroom (shower), kitchen area and family room with fireplace.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and 1 bedroom with two double beds.

Gite Marie (2 bedrooms)
Full bathroom (shower), kitchen area and family room with fireplace.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed.

Both houses have patio doors to access the common grounds. Shared swimming pool, ping-pong table, fusball table, children playground, petanque/boules court, and plenty of room to run around.

Property is located 15mns from a swimming lake with plenty of aquatic activities and 40mns from Baie de Saint Brieuc, 15mns from biking "voie verte".

Two adjoining houses with a swimming pool and a large garden were ideal for our family party with ages ranging from four to 85. Our little one especially loved the trampoline and pool and all of us became pentaque addicts. Loved our dinners outside with good food and good wine. Thank-you Sabine, for your welcome xx

Super relaxing stay

We hired the two adjoining properties, Marie and Madelaine, for our extended family party of 10 and our collie dog. The house was well-equipped, sitting in beautiful countryside with plenty of gardens for our dog to run around. The heated pool was a real bonus. We had many lovely evenings sitting around the large outside table having drinks and barbeques, followed by a dip in the pool. There is a supermarket close by and a couple of bars and restaurants a short drive away in the nearby village. Both La Gwendoline and The P'tit Pelem deserve a mention for their good, reasonably priced food. Thank to to Sabine and her lovely family for being great hosts. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they responded immediately to any questions we had.

Noel en famille

Nous avons passé un agréable Noel en famille dans ces gites. Et Sabine est très gentille et très reactive. Petite précision : le seul moyen de chauffage dans le séjour est la cheminée. Les chambres sont équipées de chauffage et la literie est de tres bonne qualité. Nous recommandons.
