All our properties receive regular pest control service and since this concern was reported after checkout, we immediately scheduled service for the property. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are sorry the stay did not meet your expectations. The concerns in this review were first reported 5 days into the stay, following a significant thunderstorm. Prior to that, we had not received reports of these concerns. It is also worth noting that before check-in, there were multiple questions regarding our cancellation policy and the deadline for receiving a full refund. Once the concerns were reported, we took them seriously, coordinated inspections and repairs, communicated with you throughout the process and accommodated an early checkout. We also refunded full amount for the unused nights. We remain committed to addressing legitimate concerns promptly and providing a positive experience for our guests.

The reservation was made on behalf of a team and the concerns were reported by the booking guest rather than someone personally present at the property. We offered to have our property manager inspect the concerns while the team was still there but they left before the inspection could take place. We then inspected the property immediately afterward and took timestamped photos and shared with the booking guest. The inspection did not substantiate the presence of mold or mildew; the discoloration was normal wear and the vent buildup was moisture. We shared our findings and inspection photos with the booking guest and based our decision on the documented condition of the property.
