About this property
Park Street Penthouse Apartment
Stay in one of the best preserved historical home that's now a private art galley in downtown Adams. Walk to Adams Theater, Firehouse Cafe, AJ's Trail Pub after a day of hiking or visit to MASS MoCA or the Clark Art. Marvel at the detail woodwork or the antique opium day day and actually sleep in it as an overflow twin bed. Private bedroom has a queen bed and a sofa bed. Modern day comfort, art, architecture in a downtown location in the Berkshires! Situated between North and South Berkshires and within an easy drive to Stockbridge, Great Barrington in southern Berkshires and still within 15 minutes to MASS MoCA and Clark Art. This is a large apartment however it's not intended to accommodate more than a couple.

About the host
Hosted by Lea King

Young Retiree who relocated to the Berkshires from the Bay Area. I love to travel and learning new things.
Why they chose this property
Adams is undergoing revitalization and I opened a cute gift/boba tea shop in the building and love to be part of the effort to bring foot traffic and people to downtown Adams!
What makes this property unique
12' ceilings, 1 1/2 bathroom, a separate bedroom and a huge dining room. Open floor plan on the top floor overlooking park street. The historic architecture plus modern comfort makes this penthouse/art gallery a special place to be home away from home.
