Exploring Northern Florida

We loved the location which gave us the opportunity to easily visit St Augustine and Jacksonville and everything in between. Chris was an excellent host providing everything we needed to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable.

Amazing stay

My fiance, our wedding party, and I (12 total), stayed at this property after our rehearsal dinner before our wedding so that not everyone had to get hotels. The host was very accommodating and the property/house was amazing. Plenty of parking and a very clean environment. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay!

The property was conveniently located on Fleming Island, very spacious for several adults to have their own bed. The owner was attentive, and very responsive. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

The house was perfect for our big group of adults. Upon arrival the house was clean and just as described. Parking was ample for several vehicles. The host was easy to contact and very communicative. Overall, we had a great stay.

A Very Pleasant Stay

Perfect location for our visit to the area. Well maintained with a wonderful host, and probably the easiest check-out we've ever had staying at a VRBO property. We had a family of owls visit a nearby pine tree a couple of nights and the breeze off the river was very nice, even in Aug. I can only imagine how pleasant the fall must be sitting out on the porch.

Great home for a crowd!

Clean, well appointed home with four comfortable bedrooms -all with big screen tvs. Kitchen has everything you need for meals at home. And three bathrooms make it easy to host a crowd. I can’t say enough about the home on Fleming Island. Stay here!!!

Great property! Clean, large open space, tv in every room if you need it, Very quiet neighborhood. Washer, dryer & dish washer looked new & worked beautifully. Restaurants, food, & retail shopping near property. Christmas decor was sweet & well done. Would definitely recommend.

Fleming Island

We had a wonderful time! My family & friends stayed here for a wedding. The set up in this house was unique and just right for us. We really enjoyed the sun room with the large table. The 2 master suites were perfect and private. The location was great! I would recommend for a large group. We had a group of 9 people and each person had a bed. We would stay again if in that neck of the woods. 5 stars!

Island friends reunion

10 of us met on Long Island Bahamas 10+ yrs ago. We don’t see one another at all now but make this reunion happen. This home was so perfect for us!! Comfortable, great sitting areas, large dining table. Beds comfortable!! Showers great!! Neighborhood quiet! Hosts were awesome. Welcoming gift/note and even a call to say hello and put a voice to my name!! Good fair price too.
