Newly renovated Suites by a park and close to Beach!

Location is key with this brand new, beautifully renovated house! The suites have been nicely updated and it is in one of the best locations in Sylvan. The largest park is just down the way, and also the BEACH. Park and walk wherever you want to go for your beach vacation. Lots of room for parking and a nice private backyard complete with firepit!

There is two suites in this home allowing two families to stay comfortably together, but cutting down on the costs of booking separately! Each suite has its own kitchen, living room, dining area and bedrooms. The laundry is shared and both units have use of bbq area and fenced yard. This is an ideal place for family gatherings or larger groups looking for space.

Excellent experience. The place was very clean and kitchen well stocked. We had 4adults and 3children. The large screen tv, foos ball and connect four in the lower level kept the children entertained. Private back yard had lots of seating, fire pit and lots of wood ready to go.

Great location and great amenities for a family stay.

Really great location as only a block to the lake. Very clean upon our arrival. Well stocked kitchen. And, really well stocked for a young family stay. Including, highchair, dishes for kids, two playpens and 2 monitors! Looking foward to returning.

Great location!

Our annual girls trip to Sylvan and we stayed here! It was very clean and the location to the beach and downtown was awesome. Private backyard with firepit and supplied wood was a perk. We would definitely stay there again... The only reason I did not give 5 stars would be the house had a bit of a smokers smell to it, and we were unaware of the parking spot in the front of the house so the neighbours left us some pretty rude sticky notes on a vehicle then blocked us in. Maybe small signage in front of parking stalls so its clear. And a couple other mirrors in the house would be nice as the only one is in the bathroom. Otherwise a great experience! Thank you

Hello! Thank you for visiting our airbnb! There is deisgnated spots in front and back so i will defiently be looking into why the neighbors would do this! Thank you for the reveiw though! Its very helpful so that we can keep working to make this the perfect stay! Mirrors are a great idea as well as signs for parking! Hope next time you visit we have these last few quirks worked out!
