Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take all trash out to the bins. Recycle please put in the bins loosely. No plastic bags in the recycling.
Please leave the 8 beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.

Great house, exactly like the pictures. Everything clean. Great location. Easy to walk to the beach and to the boardwalk.Yes, across the street is a motel, but this is par for the course when it comes to Seaside. My only complaint about that is that my 2-year-old desperately wanted to swim in the motel pool lolSomething not mentioned is the location of the firehouse (1 block away) and the siren... it's LOUD if you're outside, but it went off surprisingly few times. I definitely plan to book another trip here next year.

It is very spacious, exactly as described. Perfect for a large family. We would love to stay here again. As far as the questionable motel across the street as mentioned in the other two reviews. That wasn't a concern of our group, none of those guests ever bothered us or caused a nuisance. It's seaside heights so questionable hotels/motels are a given in the area. The space/location overall is great, and made everything convenient, especially with the 2 car garage parking.

roof deck alone is worth the trip

a family trip with ages 13-50 and all enjoyed the property. the house is well appointed, clean, spacious and thoughtfully decorated to allow for a party vibe and also to chill on a rainy day. we lived in the roof deck. bbq area should be a bit more robust for a large group but the second upstairs kitchen helped make it work. walk to beach and boardwalk. a bit of a sketchy hotel across the street but hey it’s seaside lol. would definitely recommend the property for a large family or group of friends. good value for the $

Beautiful home, terrible hotel across street

The home was not well equipped no soap in a few bathrooms , no extra toilet paper , paper towels, only one towel per person when stayed for 3 nights, no pillow cases on pillows , no bathroom floor mates for when you get out of shower. The hotel across street was a Shack falling apart seemed to be occupied by homeless people police scene at hotel was very scary and people hanging outside all night long making noise!
