Welcome to The Grove House, a newly constructed LA oasis with full kitchen, full bath, and your own washer + dryer. It’s the perfect home for a relaxing trip to Los Angeles! Also included is a private backyard area with lounge chairs and a fire pit.

We have over 40 reviews on ABNB, but have recently decided to give VRBO a try!

We are located in Picfair Village, one of the most central neighborhoods in the city -- super close to everything LA has to offer. Our block has a suburban feel with single-family homes and driveways, so there is plenty of easy street parking for guests right in front of the house.

FUN FACT - the living room mural is an actual set piece from the musical RENT!

Picfair Village is the most central neighborhood in the city. In every direction, we are close to all the fun sights and attractions LA has to offer. Picfair is also super quiet and family friendly, which is why we've loved living here for the past 13 years.
