Washington Willow Historic House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 1 child on the large sofa as needed. Each bedroom is equipped with luxurious mattresses and linens. Our large kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and includes complimentary coffee and tea. The living room boasts comfortable and luxurious seating along with a flat screen smart tv above the stunning marble fireplace. The dinning room can host 6 guests. This home has a large front porch with comfortable patio seating, a small side porch off the kitchen and a bonfire set-up with a fire pit and 5 outdoor chairs. The large yard is fully fenced in. Need a workspace? Choose between the bay window seating nook with table, large dinning room or desk area located in the main bedroom.
Take a walk down the neighborhood streets to admire the beauty and architecture of your surroundings, hop on your bike for a ride to the local farmers market, take a quick 1 mile drive to the University of Arkansas to catch a Razorback game or host a family style dinner in the dinning room followed by smores out front. The owners' most favored walk is 2 blocks away to the local Co-Op to grab some lunch or have an evening glass of wine on the outdoor patio.
