Your NW Arkansas adventure begins at this fabulous 3-bedroom house. With 1 king bed/master suite, and 2 queen beds, this charming property offers a cozy retreat for guests. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located & beautifully decorated home. Located just west of I-49 off 412, you'll be within a short drive of all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer, including some of the best mountain biking in the world in Bentonville. With the open, split bedroom floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and massive great room/ kitchen, there's plenty of space for the whole family, & privacy when you want it. Just 23 minutes from the U of A if you are in town for the game. We are experience 5 star super hosts who will do all we can to make your stay comfortable.

Our stay was great. It’s was so clean, the beds were so soft and comfortable. No complains at all. Will definitely be staying here next time. I recommend if you are in the area this is the place to stay. If you have any issue the host answers very quickly.

It was truly a perfect stay! Everything from the communication with the property owner to the garage parking to the cleanliness to the beds the extras (multiple coffee options, new soaps/shampoos/lotions, extra air mattress, etc.) made it a wonderful stay. We would 100% stay again!
