Lakeside Getaway - Next to Beaver Lake
Summary:
Beautiful home right next to Beaver Lake. Feels like you are away from it all, but you will be only minutes from everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer. Lakeside Getaway is a modern 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a very quiet setting. Very accessible and close to Hwy 412.
Has TV's in 2 bedrooms and the living room with full streaming capabilities.
House is located across from homes that back up to Beaver Lake, but neighborhood doesn’t provide lake access. Located 5.5 miles from War Eagle Marina.
The Space:
The house is a remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath house. There are 1 King bed, 2 Queen size beds and a futon in the living room. It is newly renovated. It has new appliances.
Smart Lock: Each reservation gets a unique random door code. The door lock automatically locks itself 10 seconds after closing the door.
Main living space is spacious open floor plan with large windows and living room seating.
Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit. Please keep pets off the furniture and beds. Guests agree to pay for any and all damages to furniture, floors, doors, walls, appliances etc. done by their pets. This includes extra cleaning fees if required.
Kitchen: fully stocked with pots/pans, dishes and silverware, coffee pot, serving accessories and more.
Outdoor Space: Covered patio with seating and propane grill. Extra large backyard and driveway. This house has a garage, but it is not accessible to guests.
Master bedroom: King bed sized bed, private in suite bathroom, large closet.
Guest bedrooms: Queen bed with firm spring mattresses, closet and reading lamps
We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed a doorbell camera at the entrance. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding our doorbell camera or any other aspect of your stay, please don't hesitate to reach out.

- Extra Guests - This listing is for 6 guests. Two extra guests up to 8 people total are welcome for $25 per night per person for the extra guests. (Please note the bedding arrangements.) No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed in the house, unless prior approval is given.
- Pets - Small/Medium size pets are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.
- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.
- Minimum Age - Must be at least 22 years old to book
- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in
- Security - We want to ensure your stay with us is both enjoyable and secure. As part of our efforts to enhance safety we have installed exterior cameras. Rest assured, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. The camera is focused solely on the entrance area. - Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.
- Deposits - We may also require a deposit for certain other bookings. If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.
- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.
