Cute cabin. Kind of musty, no bathroom vents. Surrounding neighborhood and neighbors yards are overgrown and trashy, but the view of the water in the morning almost made up for it!

Most Every Thing You Would Hope For In A Place To Relax

This Rental Property was very clean and had everything You could need for an enjoyable stay. It had beautiful view of Beaver Lake. Even though I didn't fish had great access to fishing off the bank. And the Host was very nice and enjoyable to talk to. Loved it!

We loved sitting out and enjoying the view of the lake as well as having an enclosed outdoor space for the dogs to play. Very quiet and clean. Thank you for having us!

Weekend at the lake.

This place is very down to earth. The view of the lake is amazing. The shoreline at the lake is totally awesome. It’s solid rock and makes a very unique place to hang out and swim or fish. The host lives in a nearby property and they were very friendly and helpful. We plan on visiting this property again.

Lakehouse surrounded by peace.

This 3 bedroom house is located across a dead-end street from Beaver Lake with a large front deck and lots of seating. The owner's have equipped it with all the amenities of home. If you forgot something, I bet they have it there already. The owners were very helpful, even brought some charcoal over for us. The house is clean with lots of sleeping space for a whole group of people or just a family. I will certainly be going back for a relaxing vacation.

Loved being so close to the Lake!

We loved being so close to Beaver Lake. The view from the front porch was amazing!! The house was nice and the owners were more than helpful. They provided us with life jackets for swimming on the lake which was super fun swimming after a long day of exploring. We did cook a lot of meals at the house and had everything we needed. Loved the little neighbor dog who wanted to visit with us when we were outside. Jim called the marina for us and helped us get that all set up to rent a boat for the day so we could take the kids tubing. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep. Was a great vacation!

Great stay for family!

Nice and cool AC for hot summer days. Place is very clean. Beds comfortable for the most part. Owner, Wanda, is very responsive. Great and friendly people. Bluffs are just across the street to jump in and cool off. Locals are extremely kind. We had 2 families with kids from ages 2 all the way up to 17. They all loved the time there. Be sure to have life vests that fit each person, as the water is super deep right across the street. We hope to be back again one day. I’m NOT a fan of the app, but it’s not the home owners fault.

We had fun, the house was nice, the boat was great, beautiful view. We enjoyed the whole weekend

Clean house, beautiful lakeview, The property owners, Jim and Wanda were very hospitable and are great people. My family and our friends loved it. They even brought a baby bed in for the youngest. They had plenty of dishes, seasonings, and extra stuff you always forget to bring. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even though the owners live close by I didn't feel bothered at all. All of the neighbors were very polite and sweet. Also want to say how beautifully quiet it was there. Planning to come back this summer with my kids. This is definitely a kid friendly environment. 💗💗💗💗

Great Place to Gather

My husband and I needed a place to have Thanksgiving with our son who lives in NW Arkansas. A hotel just didn't seem right during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had every pan and utensil needed for me to create our traditional feast. In addition, the owners allowed our pets to be part of our gathering. There is a leash law, but we took the dogs to a park that was only about 10 minutes away. We were able to let them run, play, and have a good long walk. I would recommend this property to friends, family, and anyone looking for a great place that allows pets.

This cabin was perfect for our family gathering. It was no problem that neighbors were close. The lake access and fishing was excellent!! very relaxing . Would stay here again. Host was very nice, and available if needed.

So so

I mean all the reviews about it not being a cabin are true. Has everything you’d need except firewood and grill speared a bit afe’s (idk I didn’t use it). Guessing if you want a fire better find ya some wood, we weren’t having one anyways so did it matter. It served purpose for our 2 night stay didn’t spend alot of time there but still I’d say price point a bit high but if you actually had 10 people and everyone split price probably wouldn’t be that bad.

Country Surroundings

The house was very homey and comfortable except for the beds. It was clean and nothing was lacking. The master bedroom had a full size bed which I wasn’t expecting. However, that was my oversight and my fault for not asking. The mattress was comfortable though. The mattress in the front bedroom was not very comfortable and my daughter felt it had a “body” impression from previous use. All in all, it’s a very nice place to stay even though it was further out in the country than we realized and the owners are very friendly folks. I would stay there again should the occasion arise. Thanks to Wanda and Jim for letting us use their property.

We had a great time. As stated by others, this is a double wide; very clean! If you are afraid of dogs, stay away. LOTS of dogs running around off leash. They were all friendly; we had dogs as well and didn’t have an issue. We were very pleased.

My husband Jim and I are both retired. I worked for the VA Medical Center in Fayetteville AR. for 30 years. Jim worked for 30 years in Rogers for Glad manufacturing as a mechanic. We have 2 properties on the lake and we live near the rental. Jim and I started a construction company J&W Anderson Construction Inc. which we run now. Jim loves to fish. I like to read and work around the house.

Why they chose this property

We love the lake, fishing, boating, hiking and swimming. The property is located between Springdale and Rogers AR. When we purchased this property my husband worked in Rogers and I worked in Fayetteville, the location of property is half way between Rogers, and Fayetteville AR.

What makes this property unique

We have a wonderful view of the lake, large rocks for climbing. Fishing and swimming across the road. The Hickory Creek Park and Marina, has a boat ramp to launch your boat located across the bay, and 6 mile by road. They have a swimming area and play equipment. A nice deck to swing and watch the sunrise or set.
