This cozy 2 bed/1 bath is newly remodeled and perfect for families, couples, and co-workers. It is part of a one story triplex and offers all the comforts of home. Just 2 blocks from Downtown Livermore you can walk to an array of amazing restaurants and shops or BBQ at home on the private outdoor patio.
The bedrooms have king and queen beds and the living room offers a comfortable American Leather Comfort Sleeper sofabed (no bars in your back!), sleeping a total of 6 guests.
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the essentials including pots/pans, coffee maker, toaster and blender.
The smart TV is ready for you to enter your own account information to watch Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime, or you can watch the Roku channel or Xfinity app without an account - no logging in required. The Roku channel has both movies and TV shows, and the Xfinity app has some basic cable channels like NBC, CBS, KRON4, FOX2, KTVU.
There is a washer/dryer in the unit for our guests who are on extended stays and need to refresh their laundry. Please bring your favorite laundry detergent and consumables.
Have kids? We have a bassinet, pack n play, high chair, booster seat, baby bathtub, stroller and baby monitors on site! Please request which items you would like to use when you make your reservation.
