About this property

Adorable 1 bedroom cottage with small loft. Excellent condition, open kitchen and living area. Shared 200 ft beach.

Centrally located with a short drive to all major attractions including the areas finest dining, Meadowbrook Pavilion, Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain Resort, Mount Major, lots of fun!

Available for Seasonal Rental, Monthly or Weekly

Updated loft includes 3 twin beds, with new carpet. Please note the loft has a low peaked ceiling, but provides ample extra sleeping space. On first floor we have: new hardwood floors, new windows, new doors, all freshly painted trim, walls and ceilings. Large deck with nice view of the lake.

Our location is a great place for couples.

Guests are required to bring their own towels and linens.
(Please note we do not allow pets as it is not permitted for renters to have dogs in our association. However, we do have a dog who stays at the cottage with us so if you are allergic to dogs, unfortunately, the cottage may not suit your needs.)

Great time

Great community feel cottage

This was our second summer staying at the cottage. It is centrally located and on a perfect cove in the lake. We enjoyed the many amenities the area has to offer and appreciate the ability to dock our boat right on site. Great spot, we will be back until our kids outgrow the loft area. :)

Small with rules

The property was small but adequate and everything was in working order. There wasn't much room in the frig as it was full of the owners items. We were disappointed there was no coffee pot as described. There was a small Keurig machine but we didn't have any pods. We were told at the last minute not to use any dishes, silverware or glasses. This was not ideal. but the owner provided paper plates and plastic silverware. We also had to bring a lot of stuff with us such as blankets and pillows. We did enjoy the short walk to the beach and the area offers great hiking.

Great little cottage

Great, quiet location. The private beach is amazing. The house is about 100 feet from the beach, so meals/bathroom breaks are a breeze with little kids. Owner is helpful and communicative.

Winnipesaukee Getaway

Great lakeside location and amenities for the price. We brought our boat and used the slip that Jeremy included with the cottage rental. The cottage was updated and very clean. The cottage was close to stores and restaurants. We dined put most nights, but were able to cook breakfast every morning before heading out on the water. I’ve checked other properties with same amenities, and doubt that travelers will find a better deal. We will most definitely return.

Comfortable cottage in a beautiful spot

This is a very pleasant, neat, and comfortable cottage in a friendly compound of cottages. We were here midweek after Labor Day, and the lake and the little beach were blessedly quiet. We spent hours on the cottage's deck relaxing. It was all very simple and enjoyable.

Cute and Cozy Cottage

The location is ideal - the perfect combination of being close to all of the classic Lakes Region activities while also being right on the lake within a quiet community. Working with Jeremy was easy and the cottage itself, while not fancy, is perfect for a mini getaway. My kids will outgrow the loft space very soon (they are 7 and 10) but it was a great adventure for them at this age. Overall, a great place to stay and reasonably priced!

Cozy cottage just steps from the water

My son, husband and I stayed here for a few nights in August. The size of the cottage was great for the 3 of us and my son loved sleeping in the loft. Having a small sandy beach on a quiet end of the lake was the icing on the cake. We brought our beach chairs, rafts, paddleboard and kayak and barely left the water. It was great having the grill to use and a washer and dryer on site! The owner answered any questions we had and check in and out was seamless. We would definitely stay here again.

a nice little cottage in a condo community

The house was a good size for the two of us with our three little kids. We were surprised to find out (too late) that we needed to bring our own linens and towels, so we had to buy them at a store. We were also surprised by the condominium community that shares the property and the beach. But the house was cute, the grass areas were nice, the lake was extremely clean. The beach was covered in goose or duck poop at one point. The house does have a lot of the owner's personal things in it.

Awesome location!

This is a lovely little cottage set feet from the lake and within a little community of other cottages. The cottage was just enough for me and my husband. It might be tight if you have more than that. The communication with the owner Jeremy was outstanding! The neighbors in the other cottages were beyond friendly and helpful. The view is amazing and the location is very close to activities and restaurants. I will most definitely be back!

We had a nice time at the property... very laid back and quiet. Lake was clean and great for swimming...we were able to bring our boat to fish. DVD movies were fun to watch at night and no Cable/WiFi was a nice break from everything. Jeremy was easy to work with!

Great cottage!

We had a great time at the cottage. The cabin was nice, great amenities, clean and was super homey. The location was even better! Right on the lake and a quick 5 minute drive to local attractions, dining and shopping. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Thank you Jeremy!

A sweet little place on the lake

Quiet, quiet quiet...unless the motorcycles are in town. The deck is a perfect place to enjoy coffee or wine or anything else. Everything you need is close and the bed is comfy. A nice place to enjoy this area.
