The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the unit the way it was presented at check in with the bedding and anything else you used returned to its place. Please don’t forget to check for your personal belongings! 🩴💍👓🧢🌂🧸
When you leave, lock the door, place both keys in the lockbox, spin the dial to secure and fully close the storm door behind you.
Please send me a text @ 215-410-6108 when you are checked out of the unit. I will need to notify the cleaners when the both the unit and the parking spot are available for their use. Thanks so much!

Tenants must bring their own toiletries, towels and bed linens. The bedroom has 2 Full size beds and the Living Room has a Queen sleep sofa.
Pool bands must be worn to enter the pool. Adults are responsible for watching all children. Babies and toddlers must wear floats and swim diapers
