About the host
Hosted by Paul Huston

I've lived in Royal Oak since 2009 and love everything there is to do in the city. My listing was my home for 8 years which I take great pride in, and I can't wait to share it with you! I'm happy to provide any recommendations for things to do in the area.
Why they chose this property
Close proximity to downtown Royal Oak and Ferndale is the main reason. I love everything there is to do in the two cities. Easy access it I-75 (North/South) and I-696 (East/West) is also a huge benefit, and it makes for a quick commute to anywhere in the metro Detroit area.
What makes this property unique
The heated sunroom (great in the winter) and private deck are my favorite areas of the property.
