This family vacation with our dogs was so fun! The house perfectly accommodated us and was perfect with the dogs. Check in was easy. River right in backyard but current can be strong in afternoon so stay close. Rooms were good. The queen room connects to the bunk room with a sliding door. Game room separate but fun has bathroom, fridge and microwave. We would rent again

Great house

This is a great house, we loved having the separate media/game room for the teenagers to hang out in. The house was very clean and perfect size for our party of 12. Would definitely stay here again

Overall, we had a great stay. The pictures are pretty accurate, nice house, beautiful view, fully equipped kitchen, pet friendly, awesome game room. A few things: THE BUGS ARE NUTS. We looked them up and they are some sort of small fly that are around seasonally. They swarm all around the house and get in your eyes and mouth, they infested the house, they were all over the lights. They should really get some bug zappers, it was a lot. Also communication with the host pre-trip was not great and the number listed in the Vrbo app went to an office. When we got there we found the hosts cell numbers listed in a binder which was helpful. Lastly, most of the rooms are good, but the one room with a double bed is barely a room, it literally just fits a bed so manage expectations. We had 6 people. I think you could do 8-9 max but anything more would be tough. All in all we had a great stay though!

Our family trip to the river with two other families was a blast. It is a nice house in an easy access area. Only changes I would make are more thorough descriptions of the river dock and the game room. The dock was essentially unusable for boats with location on the river, depth and current. Luckily there is an HOA loading dock super close that came in handy. The game room setup was not quite what we were expecting as far as location up above the house, and not connected, but it is an amazing game room with endless fun for the family. Overall great trip and would stay again!

The property wasn’t very clean when we got there; rugs outside, trash in the walkway, broken door jam, ice maker in the fridge not working, no extra sheets for the couch bed, ripped lounge chairs, sand on the living room floor, one makeup towel, etc. Overall the house was very nice and accommodated 11 of us well, but I wouldn’t say 12 like the listing says. The room with the sideways bed was very small and it does get hot in that room since it’s so far from the ac. Great location with the convenience of the dock and beach on site. Definitely watch out for the current that comes through if you swim. The game room had the best AC and ice maker!

Great outdoor patio

House was very clean and nicely appointed. The outdoor patio with bbq was fantastic. The main house was a little tight for 6 adults. The game room was really fun but not connected to the house.

Great getaway on the River

We stayed at this home numerous times and love the convenience of it being right on the river, it has enough space for the dogs and our family to stay comfortably . The house is stocked with most everything you would need for your vacation.. The game room/garage is set up for tons of fun. We will definitely be back.

Incredible

The home is incredible. Beautiful location with an amazing dock. The game room was unreal. Lots of time was spent at night playing pool and the old school arcade games. Current is a little strong out front but it wasn't too bad. Definitely coming back.

4/10 Poor

Not terrible

Based on the pictures, we expected a different type of house. Bigger and rooms and bathrooms better proportioned. We all paid the same and I felt so guilty getting the master bedroom and bathroom. The current in that area is too strong to swim - we hardly enjoyed the beach or inflatables there, because the river was low and couldn't go out further due to the current. The game room was awesome!

This is a great house. The kitchen is well appointed. TV was easy to use. There was a nice collection of amenities, even poker chips. The beds are all very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The game room and bar in the converted garage is nice. The best part of the house is the beautiful deck. Very nice to sit out there and watch the river go by. The downstairs bar is nice too. The dock is practically brand new and was perfect for out two wave runners. The water is not very deep right there and the current can be very strong. We saw lots of beautiful bird life on the small island just a few yards away. The house is only 2.4 miles form Havasu Springs marina where we got a slip for our surf boat to enjoy on Lake Havasu. This was very convenient. riding the wave runners on the river is fun. Best of both worlds. We really enjoyed this house and would love to stay again.

Except for the crazy amount of bugs, both dead and alive, which couldn't be helped, it was very clean. The location is perfect for families with children to play in the water beachside. The game room is fantastic, but be aware that it is not attached to the house, its up a full flight of stairs behind the house, preventing supervision of younger members of the group. The deck is fantastic with great views and built-in baby gates at the top to prevent falls. There is a lot of seating outside including down by the dock. Be sure to get the laundry done when you are out of the house, because it is quite loud in the living area when its running. More than a single dishwasher pod would have been helpful but everything else is provided. For large groups like ours, it would be nice to have enough silverware for everyone but we made it work. We would return.

Spring Break Fun!2025 Spring Break - Absolutely Fantastic Colorado River Getaway!

Our spring break trip to this Parker, Arizona home on the Colorado River was an absolute blast! The house was impeccably clean and very well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We were so impressed with how well-supplied it was – it truly had everything we needed to make the most of our vacation. Being right on the Colorado River allowed us to explore the beautiful lower section, and the close proximity to Lake Havasu was a fantastic bonus! The information provided by the owners was excellent, especially the clear directions for channel access to the dock and the helpful heads-up about the low water levels on Thursdays – this was incredibly useful for our boating! The owner was also incredibly responsive and friendly, answering any questions we had promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed. A huge highlight for the kids (and the adults!) was the fantastic game room – it provided hours of entertainment and truly made their spring break memorable. We had such a wonderful and fun-filled spring break at this home, and we would absolutely love to return in the future. Thank you for providing such a fantastic place for our family to make lasting memories!
