This 3Bd/3Ba home boasts three stories of Monterey Bay views, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, gas fireplace, two car garage, office, outdoor shower, and private backyard for BBQ`s. The second and third floor balconies each have a lanai door that opens up the living space to the ocean breeze. The perfect beach retreat!

First floor: Two car garage and storage.

Second floor: Master bedroom (Queen ocean view with patio) with master bathroom, bedroom (Queen ocean view with patio), bedroom (queen), second bathroom, and laundry room.

Third floor: living room, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom with tub, and access to backyard patio with bbq.

Kitchen features: All Thermadore brand in stainless steel. Fridge and freezer with ice maker, oven with warmer drawer, gas stove with griddle, dishwasher, and two beverage coolers.

Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cookware, glassware, spices, blender, crockpot.

Dinning table seats 6.

Backyard has a propane bbq.

Private Access to full house.

We stayed for my mother's 89th birthday in late June. Absolutely gorgeous home, perfect location, outstanding views, super kitchen. Quiet neighborhood (better to hear the waves) but very close to lots of dining and other conveniences.

Perfect vacation

One of the best houses ever! Great location, about 45 minutes away from Carmel by the sea. Gated neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. 1 minute walk to the beach. Free Parking space House is amazing!! Fully equipped with everything you need- full kitchenware, bath and beach towels, washing machine soap, toiletries etc. State of the art kitchen. High end furniture and electronic curtains. Tastefully decorated. True to photos and even more beautiful Very clean!!! Very comfortable, we were a group of 5- a lot of space. Owner is very nice and attentive There is nothing better than sitting on the porch or in the living room, or just laying in bed- and hearing the ocean waves The only downside is that we had to leave and go back home…. Would love to come back in the future for this beautiful peaceful welcoming house
