We had a wonderful stay at this home and would definitely recommend it to others. The house is spacious, comfortable, and provided plenty of room for our family. Two of our favorite features were the sunroom on the main floor and the deck on the lower level. The sunrise views each morning were outstanding, and we especially enjoyed watching the deer that frequently visited the area in the mornings.The location was excellent. Downtown Prescott, Historic Whiskey Row, restaurants, and shopping were all within about 15 minutes or less, making it very convenient to enjoy everything the area has to offer while still having a peaceful place to retreat.The only challenges we encountered were related to accessibility for our elderly mother. We had to be very careful around the stairs inside the home and when helping her navigate the steep driveway. We also wished the primary ensuite bathroom had a handheld shower wand, which would have made bathing much easier and safer for her. Because of this, we assisted her downstairs to use the lower-level shower, which was somewhat difficult given her mobility limitations.Overall, this is a beautiful home in a great location with fantastic views and plenty of space. While it may not be ideal for guests with mobility concerns, it was an enjoyable stay and we appreciated all the home had to offer.

Amazing Views !

This house is so amazing and a great place for friends or family to enjoy. Its has amazing views , deer feeding right outside in the back porch area. We loved this place and will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway

This is a beautiful property with stunning views and rooms in which to enjoy them. The house was very complete with all the items and more you might need for a stay (kitchen, cleaning, etc.). Best for a spring, summer or fall stay, as the driveway is very steep.

This home is ideal for a family gathering. We had four couples in the home and had plenty of space for everyone. The neighborhood is beautiful and centrally located to shopping, to downtown Prescott, and to Prescott Valley. The view from the sun room and from the huge patio provided us with a nature experience, including a visit from a small herd of deer. The home was sparkling clean, had all the amenities promised, and lots of blankets and extra pillows. The host was responsive to questions and most pleasant to deal with. We stayed four nights and will definitely return when the opportunity arises. Highly recommend this property! Oh, and we avoided the steep driveway and parked on the street with no problem.
