About this property

Come escape to a place that's “More Than Enough”. Set amidst a charming gated neighborhood, this cozy beach cottage is located in a quiet and peaceful gated neighborhood! This is a pet friendly property! We allow up to 2 small dogs or 1 large dog. The pet fee is $200 plus tax per pet. Another amazing feature this cottage includes is the ActivePure Technology that provides 24/7 air purification & surface decontamination as it works to reduce allergens and other contaminants. This includes up to 99.99% of pathogens including SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes Covid-19), Avian influenza, E. coli, MRSA, Norovirus, Staph bacteria, Candida, Swine Flu, Hepatitis, Legionella, and more.

The cottage is steps away from the large community pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, fitness center, tennis
and basketball courts and shuffleboard.

Maravilla resort features 2.5 acres of private beach (one of the largest private beaches in Miramar Beach)
Two complimentary beach chaise chairs and a large umbrella are included with your stay. Beach service
is provided from mid-March through end of October. There are also folding beach chairs you can bring
from the house for your use as well.

Beautiful Accomodations

Thank you Josh for a wonderful stay. The property is just as described with location to the beach just wonderful. From our grandson to our children and us we had a comfortable, clean, and a complete beautiful stay. From the property to the beach everything was such a pleasure to enjoy. Thank you again when we visit Maramar Beach again we will be looking you up. Smile as we rate you a 5 star!

Favorite Place!!

We absolutely LOVED this house. Beautiful neighborhood, close walk to the beach, you open the back door and you’re at the pool, in the perfect location for restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores! All of the furniture was up to date, the beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept on, and the our favorite part was the natural lighting the house. The perfect beach house.

Perfect Spring Break

Me and my kids absolutely loved our stay here. You literally open the back door and the heated pool is right there. The beach is just a very short walk and you get 2 chairs and an umbrella set up for free. We couldn't have asked for more. The house is beautiful and has almost everything you need.

Everything you could ask for

More than Enough is right! We have stayed in Maravilla for years; houses and condos and I have to say More than Enough was the nicest and best equipped of all our stays. Definitely would stay with More than Enough again. Luxury bedding, beautiful furniture, all the goods in the kitchen and super super clean!!!
