Modern Tree House close to beach
Modern house finished 2023 built under an amazing Costa Rican Guanacaste tree. Located in a quiet residencial area with lush surroundings and a 10-15 minute walk to the center and beach. The main house has 2 bedrooms and there is a 1 bedroom romantic bungalow in the garden. One terrace is connected with the living room and pool. The other terrace is on the roof top under the tree's canopy that offers a beautiful sunset. The house has a modern design and luxury European appliances. The house also provides a potable water filter system in all taps.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is great due to its location. We're only 10-15 minute walk to the town center and beach and living in amazing nature surroundings. Its close enough to town but still without distance of any hectic nightlife.
What makes this property unique
The house is built around a beautiful Guanacaste tree. The pool area and teracce are the natural hang out areas of the house. The house is built in a modern architecture and the kitchen has imported high end European appliances.
