This is a RARE find if you're looking for a fabulous place to rest and relax in between all of the endless exploring that New Orleans has to offer!

This lovely 1bed/1bath Midcity apartment has an open concept with a spacious kitchen, living room w/pullout couch, dining/bar area and a large bedroom with a cozy outdoor patio.

It's only 3 blks to the Canal Streetcar to the Quarter (2mi), but the apartment also has lots of walkable options: bars, restaurants, grocery. The best of both worlds!
The space
You have the 1bed/1bath private unit all to yourself. It is an open concept apartment with a door that closes off the bedroom. Too, there is a pullout couch in the living room for a total of up to 4 guest in the unit.
Guest access
Parking is right out front. There are two spaces. One is reserved for our guests.
Other things to note
The Pro: Great location, 3 blocks to streetcar, close to bars, restaurants, etc...comfortable, modern space in a neighborhood setting.

Cons: Cons for some....pets on property (no access to your areas), small child in the upstairs apartment that likes to do cartwheels sometimes:)
