You’re perfectly positioned to enjoy Paso Robles Wine Country. Downtown Paso is just a 5-minute drive, and many wineries are about 15 minutes away, making it simple to explore and unwind. Whether you’re sipping wine, grabbing coffee, or heading out for dinner, everything feels close without the noise of being right in the middle of it.
The home sits on 22nd Street, tucked away as the back unit, giving you privacy while still being walkable to some of Paso’s best spots. You’re an easy stroll from the Paso Market Walk, where you’ll find great dining, coffee, and fresh-baked goods. Downtown Park is a 15–20 minute walk or 5-minute drive, and the Paso Robles Event Center (Mid-State Fair) is only 5–10 minutes on foot. Freeway access is quick, making day trips around the beautiful Central Coast effortless.
Parking is stress-free. You have a private parking spot in the back, plus additional street parking in front. If you do park on the street, just remember to register your vehicle—the first two hours are free, but the city does ticket.
You’ll feel well taken care of during your stay. I live locally, and there’s a reliable team available to help whenever you need anything. Settle in, relax, and enjoy Paso Robles like a local.

Even though we only stayed one night, we had a fantastic experience at Vintage Vines! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated—and having our own private parking spot was a huge plus. The location was ideal, especially since we were visiting Sensorio, which was just a short drive away. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities (Wi-Fi, kitchen, bathroom essentials) were top-notch. We especially enjoyed sipping wine by the firepit and relaxing in the enclosed outdoor area, which included a BBQ and outdoor fireplace—such a great setup!Little touches like a bottle of wine and some treats made the stay feel extra special. Jacob, the host, was very responsive and made check-in a breeze with clear instructions and excellent communication throughout our stay.I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, relaxing, and hassle-free getaway!
Perfect location! So close to DT. There was a festival over at the weekend we stayed and the host was so kind to dm me and make sure we have enough parking spot. Thank you!

Very nice house, but a bit tricky to find. The entrance is off an unmarked alley. Once you get there, the house is very comfortable and well appointed. A good deal
of thought and effort has gone into every aspect of this house which is comfortable for 5 guests. I'm sorry we didn't arrive earlier in better weather so we could take advantage of the patio dart board. A bottle of local wine was a nice plus.
We were given the door code on the day of check-in. When we arrived we noticed a car was parked in the assigned space for the unit. After opening the door, we noticed bags, food, drinks and other items in the property. After not touching anything, we quickly realized that the property was double booked. We closed the door, contacted the owner and Vrbo. Our trip was basically ruined as I spent the next 2 plus hours looking for a place to stay at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night.
We were grateful and comfortable to have stayed in this home and would do so again. The only thing we would do different is arrive at Vintage Vines sooner. During our trip, we arrived very late and only had enough time to basically shower and sleep.
Vintage Vines was a well appointed home and had everything a party of 4 needed for a restful night. We appreciated the available wine as well and slept comfortably. There were plenty of designer air conditioners stationed throughout the home, extra bedding , and a comfortable decor for folks taking in the wine country, which was charming if you also didn't happen to drink.
I would recommend for a large group to stay in, and wish we could've taken in a few more things, like use the fire pit in the front area, the dart board for the kids, etc. Thank you!
