Welcome to 28 Hilton Head Beach Villa! This split-level villa was just renovated in June of 2023 and has everything you need for your next Hilton Head Island vacation. This home features 2 primary suites in the upstairs level each with their own bathroom. The lower-level bedroom features 2 comfy queen beds and uses the hall bathroom just off the entry. There is also a lovely sitting room adjacent to the double queen bedroom. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for preparing snacks to enjoy on your patio, or gourmet meals to serve the family around the dining table for six. A charcoal grill on the patio is perfect for those family BBQs! Not in the mood to cook? Enjoy the many delicious dining opportunities in the area, everything from ice cream for the kids to exquisite late-night suppers!

Perfect Hilton Head vacation

Just perfect for our family of six adults. Condo was recently updated - beautifully; bedrooms were all a nice size and very comfortable! Incredibly close to the beach; no street to cross; nice view from the deck. Highly recommend; would definitely rent again!!

We had an awesome week at the beach here. Plenty of space, SOO close to beach! 2/3 blocks away from restaurants/bars/shopping. Property management company is SOOO helpful.

Cozy condo with Beach & Pool Access

We spent four days here and really enjoyed the proximity to the beach, literally steps to the boardwalk, which made it easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The location is also great for walking to restaurants, coffee, and nearby shops, which we really appreciated.The condo itself is small but comfortable and had everything we needed for a quick beach getaway. The full-sized washer and dryer were a huge plus after sandy beach days. The pool area, while small, was a nice option when the beach got a little too windy.The welcome note and gift were a thoughtful touch and made us feel right at home. Everything was clean and functional!

Vintage exterior | Brand new interior | Terrific location

Everything inside is new as of summer 2023. Short walk to beach through private yard and ramp. Beach wasn’t overcrowded. Extremely close to shopping and restaurants. Acoustics aren’t the best due to all the time so bring an extra noise maker or rain app. Would definitely stay there again.

It was good. We did have some issues with the room and once we contacted office they quickly tried to address them. Hot water would not stay hot long enough for Complete showers for any of the 6 of us. That needs to be fixed before next guests.
