This home was perfect for our family of 12. Everyone got their own room. The outdoor decks were a wonderful place to spend our mornings drinking coffee and the evenings watching the stars with our adult beverages. The pool table and hot tub were especially enjoyed. Highly recommend.

We loved this house!

This house was a perfect spot for a group of women on a retreat. There is tons of space, numerous great gathering places, it sleeps a lot of people and has plenty of bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, thank you! We even had a baby moose come say hi that we could watch from the balcony. We will stay here again for sure!

The house was exactly as described. Very clean, with plenty of amenities. The hot tub was great after a long day of hiking, and the neighborhood was quiet. The location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants, and Winter Park Resort. The views were breathtaking. We'd love to stay here again.

Excellent stay - huge!

Pictures don’t do justice for just how big the house is. Great stay for an extended family reunion. We also had 4 kids ages 2 and under - the accommodations worked well for them also. Property manager extremely responsive, communicative, and fair. Would absolutely consider this place again for our next winter park visit.

Wonderful stay

Clean, well maintained home that is central to Fraser and good access to trails, skiing and hiking. Only issues was needing a bit more toilet paper and provision of dish towels so we didn't use so many paper towels. Host was communicative and responsive to needs, we enjoyed our stay with 16 total people.

COZY GET AWAY

Family and friends gathered for long overdue get away. Despite the encountering several crisis including more snow than usual during our vacation, the home allowed peace and comfort. We greatly appreciated all the comforts of home including the cozy fireplace.

Fantastic Family Reunion Getaway

Wonderful home retreat for our family reunion. Plenty of space and more! Everything you need to have a large retreat! Very comfortable and inviting. Great location. Management was in contact and made all information readily available and accessible. Property Management response was less than 20 minutes when I contacted them with a question. Very friendly and professional! We had a great time out here and would highly recommend this home for large group getaways.

Plenty of Room

Pro: Lots of room; pretty views; well stocked kitchen; close to good breweries, bars and restaurants; responsive communication if issues. Areas for improvement: In need of serious maintenance and attention; outside areas not clean or well maintained. Our family had a good time but many of us suffered from high altitude sickness (+9,000 ft elevation) so keep that in your pre-trip planning.

My large extended family books one or more vacation events a year, and have for many years. This one was the best. As usual, the hosts were available and helpful, and instructions were clear. The property! This was an elegant, spacious, luxurious house that was clean, in good repair, and well equipped, including both kitchens (!) and all the bathrooms. Faucets, sinks, stovetops, ovens, and refrigerators were all in working order. The bunk room was equipped with queen-size bunkbeds! The views were spectacular. At the end of every vacation retreat like this, I canvas all the family and guests for any problems or complaints I should pass on; for the first time ever, there were absolutely none. I would gladly recommend this property to anyone who needs something this size as the best of the best.

The house was well laid out for our needs. The heating system was an issue, several repairs need to be made and one of the beds was way too hard for sleep. Trash was not picked up properly and started to stink in garage. .

So much room and great view!!!

This house was everything we wanted and more! So much room to spread out, plenty of beds for everyone and the house came with everything we needed. The kitchen is fully stocked with every pan and dish you could need. We cooked a lot of our meals at the house and loved having everything by we needed. The stove was a little tricky to get lit, but once we figured out that you have to slowly turn the dial after it is lit, it was no problem. All of the beds were very comfortable as well. Everyone said they slept very good and there were plenty of pillows in every room. We loved coming back to the house after a long day of skiing and sitting in the hot tub, looking out at the beautiful view of the mountains. We loved everything about this house and definitely hope to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at the property and was large enough for our family of 18. The kitchen was large and had all the necessities needed to cook breakfast and dinner for our large group. The bunk beds in the lower level were a hit for our 8 little ones and gave a large space for them to play in leaving the main level free for the adults to enjoy. We were surprised that they did not have A/C in the home, but found out that most places in the mountains didn't have it as well. That made it a little difficult because we went during a time with higher then normal temperatures. They did have fans we could use for each bedroom and that helped. Garrett was especially helpful and very responsive to any text during our stay. Any issue we had Garrett was johnny on the spot in resolving it. I would definitely recommend staying at this property for any large family or group.

Hello Kevin, Thank you so much for your detailed review! We’re thrilled the home worked well for your family of 18 and that the kids enjoyed the bunk room and play space. We’re also glad Garrett was able to quickly assist with anything that came up. We appreciate your feedback regarding the warmer temperatures and are so happy the fans helped. Thank you for recommending us—we’d love to host your family again!
