We are located across the street from Paramount Studios, 5 min from LA Film school , Golf course and tennis club.
This is a Private 2nd floor duplex, feels like beautiful single family house , it is spacious modern and yet warm and welcoming.
The unit has ultra fast wifi cable and smart Tv . Washer & Dryer in unit. Designer furnishings. please note fireplace is not available for use.
Quiet beautiful neighborhood. Centrally located. Lots of parking behind Gates. NO SMOKING UNIT. ID required in advance for every guest.
