A very private back yard provides relaxing outdoor spaces: A screened lanai, smokeless fire-pit, 6- person jacuzzi and Weber grill. Not suitable for children under 12yrs. No pets please, owner is allergic.
The space
This 1400 sq. ft. home has an open living room and kitchen allowing guests to congregate, meal prep and dine-in. The Master Bedroom (King bed) has a TV and work desk with French doors that open out into a screened-in lanai. The Jack and Jill Bath has 2 vanities, His and Hers closets and a washer and dryer. Guest Bedroom #1 has 2 twin beds and Guest Bedroom #2 has 1 queen bed. A Beach Closet contains everything you need for a day at the beach.

All areas of the house (except for the garage) and back yard are available for renters use.
