Very clean and nice apartment. Very conveniently located, and just minutes away from downtown DC. Parking is tight, but we had our own spot. This is a duplex and you hear every little noise from upstairs, but if you're exhausted from walking around DC all day, you will sleep right through it, lol. The check in process was super easy ant they are excellent with communication. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

We had a great time visiting DC and really enjoyed our stay at this property! It had everything we could have asked for, including comfy beds, laundry, a nice kitchen, and easy access to other neighborhoods in Arlington and DC. The hosts were very communicative as well and did a great job making sure our stay was pleasant. Thanks again to Pip and Sheryl and we will definitely book rebook for our next trip!

Not a lot of personality - but a lovely house in a lovely neighborhood with all of the amenities and things that we needed. The perfect home base for a busy city vacation. Pristine cleanliness and super comfortable beds.

We had a great stay overall. This is a quiet neighborhood with great walking and trails nearby, a quick (10-minute) drive to DC. Public transportation is steps away.The location needs a little care in the form of patching holes in walls, repairing toilet paper holders, and some minor cleaning.Overall this was a great stay.

Great location, clean and cozy apartment. Pip and Cheryl are so helpful , we needed to stay an extra day and they bent over backward to accommodate us. We feel safe in their property and find many restaurants and stores to be nearby.

Great Find!

Great find in the Arlington area. Pip was very easy to communicate with and very flexible and understanding when it came to an early check in/late check out. The place was perfect for a weekend in the DC area and fully meets the description of the place. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area.
