[Renovations completed in 2020 adding a new 2nd full bathroom, back deck, and luscious landscaping] Stay in the beautiful historic Greater Woodlawn Neighborhood of St. Petersburg in this cozy dog friendly home. We have a fun, completely renovated, beautifully landscaped, 3 bedroom home in the middle of everything important that can accommodate up to eight guests. We have three bedrooms, two with queens and the 3rd bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunkbed!

You're only 6 minutes to downtown St Petersburg (DTSP), 2 minutes to the interstate I-275, 11 quick miles to the main gulf beaches (35 minutes / 21 miles to the internationally renowned Clearwater Beach, the only US beach to break the top 25 beaches in the world list), 1 hr 30 minutes to 2 hrs to Disney World, 25 minutes to Busch Gardens, 4 minutes to Tropicana Field, and only a ~20 minute drive to Tampa Int'l Airport with only one stoplight just outside the neighborhood to get there.

You will get a whole house with everything you need for a stay in St. Pete, kick back and enjoy your vacation in style on the back deck of this immaculately landscaped private fenced in backyard. Your fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook an amazing meal for your family / co-travelers!

We also have beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, and even a beach wagon waiting for you at the house to help make your beach days relaxing and enjoyable! We just ask that you take care of our beach items and make sure you return them in the same condition you found them.

To help wind down later in the evening our 60" HD TV offers Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, YouTube TV (akin to cable), Amazon Prime Video & Music, Pandora (no commercials), and a host of other apps for your enjoyment.

There's no need to worry about keeping track of or sharing house keys as both the front door and back door sport keyless door locks which will be programmed with a code that you provide us when preparing for your check in the day before your arrival. The home has a very large paver parking pad in the back off the alley that can comfortably park six vehicles with plenty of additional parking on the street for those small get togethers (NO events allowed with very few exceptions which would need to be approved ahead of time).

Beautiful home and great location

This is located in a great neighborhood and lots of opportunity to just get out and walk. The interior is great and I LOVED the yard with the fence. They have everything you could need and I like that they leave the "extra" in case you forget salt, pepper, sugar... The home is nicely furnished with ample linens, towels and beach supplies! I think there are few things I would comment on, but they would impact my stay here in the future! My son just moved to the Tampa area, so I will be coming back again! The shower in the back bedroom (master) does not have a tight seal and is really small. The seal causes water to exit onto the floor, but just put a towel down and you are fine! Thre is no closet in the master. Also, there is not a double bunk bed but two twin beds (which was fine for us, but for those who were counting sleeping numbers be aware). I cannot tell you how wonderful the hosts are because that would take all day! They were responsive and accommodating. They have done a great job with the home and it shows. The parking in the back is great and makes it easy to come and go without having to worry about street parking. This is a gem, and the bonus is the cool convenient store right on the corner that is open until 11pm for a quick walk for snacks! Just a fun thing that you don't find anywhere else and perfect when the teens want "something" and you don't want to drive for a "something". Thank you and you should give this place a try.
