This was perfect for my little family for what we needed. A bunch of families were in the same area and it was close to all the attractions. When there was a slight problem that didnt affect our stay, the host was able to get it handled asap

This is a beautiful condo. Super comfortable beds and quiet environment. Owner was extremely responsive, even with the simplest questions. Highly recommend to anyone coming to Branson.

We had a delightful stay. Only complaint would be the air conditioning. It stayed at 74 no matter and we were pretty warm especially at night. Luckily it wasn’t super warm outside yet. But overall very happy with our visit.

Kitchen was fully stocked. It was a great stay. Only recommendation is putting another lock on the main door. Our 2 year old was tall enough to unlock it and she kept trying to get outside.

Overall the Cozy Condo was reasonable for the money. It was clean and had most everything we would need. The AC was cool. Our guest was is very sensitive to cigarette smoke and detected the scent in the queen bedroom. The queen sofa swayed in the middle and was not at all comfortable. The commodes would not flush completely unless you hold down on the handle. The MB tub shower/tub lever was stuck on shower, so taking a bath is not an option. The unit is below ground level and has 15 steps up and down. This is difficult for seniors to navigate and should be advertised. Last but not least...there is upcoming construction work on a retaining wall in front of the condo units. Due to this half the parking spaces were blocked off, so it is difficult at times to find parking. One night came back around 10PM from a show, no parking spaces available. We had to make our own parking space around the corner near another set of condo units. Not the worst stay but could use some improvements!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It took a little bit to find because we didn’t realize it was below street level, but that was the only minor issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

Nice place to stay. We enjoyed the patio area in the evening. Beds and pillows are comfortable. I would suggest clearer instructions on the location, where to find the key and that there are quite a few steps to get to the condo. You can’t see it from the parking lot and once we got to the condo we looked all around trying to find the lockbox and finally saw it on the beam behind us.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at the Cozy Branson Condo. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Jeff was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free.The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options and attractions nearby.Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Cozy Branson Condo property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay-we will definitely be back!

There was no hot tub.That was the main reason I chose this condo. The couch was worn out. The matress was shot on the pull out. On the most part it was clean. Bathroom vent was dusty in ceiling. Baseboads and doors needed a deep clean. The shower in main bathroom was slow draining.none of the clocks had batteries. Other than that it was a nice comfy place. Plenty of space for us.Location was great. We enjoyed the patio.

The place was nice and it was clean. Good location. The only problem we had was we weren’t told where the lockbox was located to get the key, it’s on the pole behind you when you’re facing the door. We were worried at first we’d been scammed. So I think communication from the owner could have been better. No response when I left a voice message or text. But we found the key and all was well.
