We are members of the Chamber of Commerce and have been renting cabins in Branson since 2003. We know how to write an amazing description with word pictures describing our beautiful cabin, but we have learned that our potential guest just want to know what they are getting so here it is:

LOCATION: This log cabin is about 1 mile from Silver Dollar City. When others are waiting in "stand still" traffic for up to 2 hours just to get to SCD you will be there in 10 minutes or less. If you want to spend your time in Branson you can be in Branson is less than 10 minutes and all the way across town to the Branson Landing in less than 25 minutes. You will not find a better location.

ACCOMMODATIONS: This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin with a large Jacuzzi tub in each bathroom. We have a king, a queen, a set of bunk beds, a full size bed, and a sleeper sofa.
Note: The 3rd bedroom is converted from part of the deck which has to be entered through the master bedroom. For families this is not a problem but for mixed couples this might not be comfortable.
We furnish all Towels and Sheets, Kitchen is supplied with Crock Pot, Coffee Maker and Filters, Dishes, and Pots and Pans. All of our cabins are very clean, well stocked and furnished with almost everything you will need except food.
You won't need to go to Wal Mart and spend 2 or $300 getting supplies. We furnish Coffee, Coffee filters, coffee creamer, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, salt & pepper, Trash Bags, Paper Towels, Tissues, Toilet Paper, Soap, Laundry Detergent, Wood for the Wood burning fireplace and more. We have wifi, Cable TV, 3 TVs, 3 DVD Players, DVD library, Toys, Games, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, and a Large enclosed deck. We also have a nice Charcoal Grill and Patio Furniture.

AMENITIES: We have a 5 Acre Lake you can Fish without a license. The hike to the lake is steep and we do not recommend it if you have any physical problems. We have Nature Trails, Basketball Court, Horseshoes, and Playground. Notch Estates is very family friendly with lots of areas for your kids to play. Bring your Bicycles, Rip Sticks, Skate Boards, and Remote Controlled Cars.
We have 2 pools that are open from Memorial day to Labor Day.

INFORMATION: When you stay with us we will also send a lot of information that will make your stay in Branson even more enjoyable such as a location where you can buy 2 for 1 tickets to most of the shows , and our personal show review. This review is our personal opinion of about 70 shows and attractions we have seen and you will find it very helpful in selecting your entertainment while in Branson. We will also give you directions and recommendations to restaurants and stores close to the cabin.

PRICE: We strive to be very competitive with comparable log cabins. If you compare Location, Accommodations, Amenities, and Price you won't find a better vacation property.

This is the 4th year in a row we've come to these cabins & have enjoyed them. This year we stayed at a neighboring cabin and everything was essentially identical however the beds were extremely uncomfortable! Of the guests, the only comfortable bed was in the extra bedroom (off the king bedroom) I hate that this was the case; we'll definitely have to find other accommodations next year.

We had such a wonderful stay at our cabin in Branson! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect — close to town but still peaceful and surrounded by nature. The cabin was beautifully decorated and felt like home the moment we walked in. We especially loved the jacuzzi tubs, fireplace, and porch swings. The whole cabin and location was perfect! The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. We’ll definitely be back next time we visit Branson! Thank you Larry and family for having us!

Very clean and cozy. Spent Valentine's Day with my fiance here and I have to say it was a very romantic. Very quiet and out of the way spot but still close enough to enjoy all Branson has to offer. Would definitely stay here again

Cute cabin

The cabin was compact, but large enough for our family - 4 adults and two children under 10. It was well stocked and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi tubs after a long day at Silver Dollar City. The location was very conveniently located and it was very quiet there.

Great Property

This property was very clean and had everything we needed. One reason I chose this property was because it had a private lake and we love to fish. We walked to the lake one time. It is down an incredibly steep, rocky path and at least a half mile walk. We did not even end up fishing in the lake. Choose this property for other reasons, not for the private lake.

Cozy and Comfortable Cabin Stay in Branson!We had a great time staying at this cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin in Branson, MO. The cabin was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The kitchen and dining room combo was perfect for our group, and we enjoyed having a breakfast bar for quick bites. Though we didn’t use the wood-burning fireplace, it added a nice rustic touch to the space.The covered porch was a great bonus for morning coffee and evening chats. One thing to note—the third bedroom is located inside the master suite. This setup worked just fine for our family, but it’s something to consider if you’re traveling with other couples. Also, Google Maps didn’t guide us exactly to the right spot, so be sure to double-check the address details when you arrive.Overall, this cabin was a lovely home base for our Branson getaway, and we’d definitely consider staying here again!

Great place to stay.

We have a 9ft trailer that we have to pull for my brother’s wheelchair. The property manager was unhappy that we could not unhook the trailer every time we were at the property. Ultimately they agreed to let us leave our trailer hooked up. We parked at an angle across all 4 spots that appeared to belong to the cabin. Our trailer was never in the street or anyone else’s way.

This was a great property for our family of 6. This included 3 young children. Plenty of room, beds, and play areas. The only disappointment was the “private lake”. We found it the first day but never returned because the walk was extremely challenging going down into a steep incline which you had to climb out of to get back to our cabin. This isn’t a feature that should be included as an attraction for young families as it is very impractical and unusable. Otherwise the property, cabin, pools were perfect!

Branson cabin

The property was very compacted into having beds for everyone. I needed a wheelchair handicap and it stated it was but you could not get a wheelchair around in it all. Even my walker wouldn’t go through bedroom to bathroom and there was a step to get into shower. Overall it was quaint and would rent again with less family and no handicapped people. I just had knee replacement 3 weeks ago and it was not very conducive for that.

Serenity Cabin at Notch Estates was fantastic

We stayed at the 1 bedroom cabin known as Serenity. The cabin is well furnished and roomy and the screened in porch was fantastic. The site is well maintained and upgrades were completed recently around the pool areas to provide shade near the pools. The cabin was roomy enough for our family of 4. I got to see the bigger cabins and they are quite nice as well. The location is ideally suited for easy commute to Branson and SDC. We timed our arrival to SDC under 5 minutes to the parking lots. You are away from the main traffic and that was great. We went against traffic so commuting via the Red, Blue, or Yellow lines was easy. The owners had the place looking immaculate and we greatly enjoyed our time there. It is nice and quiet there and very family friendly. Highly recommend. The kitchen was well furnished and was useful for meals. Grill available outside cabin could accomodate alot of meat. The pools were immaculately kept. I got to meet Larry while we were there and he is a very nice and accomodating host. We will definitely come back again!!!

Read the fine print

We are 2 small families and it seemed 3 bedrooms would be perfect. The write up does say the 3rd bedroom is off of the Master, but which is the 3rd? Well- it’s the one you wish it wasn’t. You are literally 2 steps from one bed to the other. The other problem is that the bedroom is really an enclosed porch. This room is ice cold, and the space heater provided barely runs. The lovely dining porch is the same. Too cold to use this time of year, so we found ourselves pretty crowded in the house itself. On the plus side- the sleeper sofa is comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious, and we enjoyed a lovely fire each night with wood they provided. When I called Larry about the fire- he answered and was helpful.

We started with nightly rental in 2003 before Airbnb existed. We started with a condo in Branson and worked up to 8 log cabins in Branson. We didn't go to any rental seminars to learn the business. We knew how we wanted to be treated and have always treated our guests like our place was indead their "home away from home". We have stayed in rentals where we had to go to Wal Mart and spend a couple hundred dollars just for the basics. Here is some of the things we decided should be in you home when you arrive. Coffee and filters, kleenex, napkins, paper towels, toilet paper, zip loc bags, aluminum foil, note pads, sharpees, salt and pepper, and more. We like to say we furnish everything but food. We currently have 4 log cabins in Branson and 3 Lake Homes on Fort Gibson Lake, Oklahoma. Many of our guest consistently return time after time. Once you stay with us you don't need to look any further. Thank you for considering our place.
