Despite being located downtown around bars and restaurants, area was surprisingly quiet. Was great being close to shops and eateries. Nice downtown area. Grocery store 0.4 mile away within walking distance. Shower and kitchen very good. Bed very comfortable. TV with many channels and Netflix, etc. Great stay!

A cozy place perfect for a single person or couple

This is a small attic efficiency apartment. Perfect for one person, two maximum, more won't fit in. The studio has a slanted roof with a window overlooking the street. The bathroom is spacious while the kitchen is small but sufficient for prepping basic meals. There's no dishwasher and no washer/dryer. A big plus is the location - right in the middle of Wilmington. You step out of the building and the Moover bus stop is in front. The heating worked fine even when temps dipped slightly below zero F. The price was right and communication with the owners/ managers went smoothly. This is a place to recommend.
