TOP FLOOR RENTAL - Located in the heart of Arnold's Park, our new build, top floor rental is the perfect place to stay to experience all that Okoboji has to offer. You'll have walking-distance access to West Lake Okoboji and Lake Access, as well as Broadway, the Emporium, the Green Space, Arnold's Park amusement park, and many restaurants and music venues.
The space
This is a brand new build (May 2023) with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, and living room on the top floor of our home. The 1st bedroom has a king-sized bed, closet and TV. The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, an armoire and TV. The living room has a large sectional sofa sleeper, love seat pull out couch and TV. The bathroom has a full-size shower, toilet and vanity. The kitchenette consists of a full-size refrigerator, microwave, sink, countertop convection oven, and table with 4 barstools. The covered deck has a grill, patio furniture, and ceiling fan.

The entrance to the rental is in the back of the property. This property has 20 steps to access the rental through a private entrance.
Guest access
There is a private entrance to the rental. Guests can easily check-in with a keypad.
During your stay
We provide a very detailed binder of things to do, local restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and how to access the lake. We will be available 24/7 throughout your stay via call or text.

Why they chose this property

We had a cabin in the exact same spot that we now built this house. The cabin was 100 years old and we decided we wanted something more functional for our family. We decided to tear down our cabin and build a new home in the heart of Arnolds Park.
