Super cute updated little house.
Pros: Easy to locate on a quiet dead end street. Close to down town. Great beach access not far down Cranberry rd. Super quiet and private. Plenty of parking space. Easy self check in. Nice backyard with a lovely farm next door. We even had 2 friendly goats roaming the yard. Inside has been beautifully updated. Master bath has a great shower with 2 shower heads, heated floors and a lighted smart mirror that defogs. Master bedroom has a nice big tv capable of streaming. The bed was comfortable but being on wheels it slid around a lot. We only used the master bedroom but the smaller room had a nice bed and pull out couch. The kitchen is big and open to the living room which is nice. Great island sitting area for meals. The living room couch was large and comfortable but it did have quit a bit of dog fur on it. Living room also has a large smart tv for streaming.
Just a couple cons: There are 2 coffee makers but zero coffee is provided which was a bummer waking up to no coffee. We’ve never stayed anywhere that didn’t offer at least starter coffee. The kitchen pots, pans, utensils etc are in pretty rough shape and they provide just the bare minimum so if you plan to cook keep that in mind. No strainer. No Tupperware. My husband is a home chef so we always bring most of our own stuff anyway so wasn’t a huge deal. Bring spices, oil, paper towels and cleaning spray as these aren’t provided. No instructions were provided for the heater/ac units so we had to download the manual to figure it out.
Other than those few minor things we had a great experience at the home and would return in the future!
