Terrace 14 has 3 bedrooms and a den with a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 8 guests. Enjoy the Open Concept living space, so you won`t miss a moment of memories. Terrace 14 is located in NE Cape Coral in a quiet residential neighborhood convenient to the popular Shell Factory, the Lee County VA Clinic and US Dept. Veterans Affairs Building. We look forward to hosting your next visit.

Host checked in to make sure all was well. the kitchen had all the items we needed. This is our second time staying at this home, and it was great for three couples.

Great house

The property was as advertised. the pool and outside seating area was excellent. There was plenty of room inside, and one evening we were able to host the relatives we were visiting and had no problem with 10 of us being able to sit and eat and catch up. there were enough small items (soap, shampoo, dish detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper....) to easily get us through the trip. Kitchen had more than enough of all the basics (plates, glasses, silverware....). Communication from the property manager was outstanding. We will stay in this house again when we return to visit our family in the area.
