Villa Flamingo Bay, bright, friendly and modern, offers the Floridaurlauber in Cape Coral a variety of recreational opportunities nearby. In less than 30 minutes you can reach more than 25 golf courses. Many tennis courts can be found throughout the Town Coral amusement parks, as well as well maintained and well maintained trim trails. It takes less than 5 minutes to reach Rosen Park, which has a boat slipway and direct access to the Caloosahatchee River. Also a walk here through the beautiful neighborhood of the house is worthwhile. The Paradise Marina is a nearby marina right on the Caloosahatchee River, less than 5 minutes by car. So you have many options from the Villa Flamingo Bay, which itself is located on a beautiful freshwater canal, with a rental boat, we are happy to assist you in renting to discover the island world of the Gulf of Mexico.

Near Villa Flamingo Bay you will find all shopping options for your daily needs. The large painting and shopping centers are not far away by car, so you can reach Edison Mal by car in about 15 minutes. Restaurants of all kinds are also less than 10 minutes away in Cape Coral or Fort Myers Downtown. Of course, the terrace of the house for a nice evening BBQ offers and one of the spectacular sunsets of Florida will remind you for a long time on this wonderful holiday in the Villa Flamingo Bay.

The layout of the Villa Flamingo Bay is very generous. Adjacent to the large living room you will find on the left side the dining room, the kitchen with breakfast bar and the breakfast area. The master bedroom on the left side of the house has direct access to the pool terrace. The master bedroom has a directly attached spacious bathroom with walk-in shower and bath. On the right side of the house are the two guest rooms. The two guest rooms share a bathroom which also has access to the pool area at the same time. The spacious pool terrace offers plenty of space for extended sunbathing and from the boat dock you can keep the fishing rod in the water. The garden is beautiful and tropical.

Finally a real vacation!

My family stayed here for 9 days. The house was immaculate and included everything we or anyone else could ever need! It was gorgeous, spacious and comfortable and I really hated to leave. We made ourselves right at home. The pool was perfect and served as entertainment for the teens as well as the adults. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go and it was just the getaway that I needed and longed for. The only thing that I recommend is that you warn people about falling in love with the house!!! I would love to come back and stay even longer(or not have to leave) in !!!!

Great place to spend a week vacation with the kids

We decided to look for a rental home in the Fort Meyers area the last minute. We booked this one on a Saturday afternoon for the next day check-in, and were pleased they accepted us last minute. The home was better than the pictures. Nice and spacious for our 3 kids. It was clean and well landscaped. There were plenty of plates and various eating utensils. The layout of the home was well integrated with the pool. The pool is bigger than the pictures show, and was a favorite of our family. The only mishap we had was when the outside shower knob broke off in the open position. We called the property manager, and within 90 minutes a plumber came out and took care of the situation promptly. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, as the house is situated in the back of it on a canal. I think we saw 5 cars or less pass the home the entire week we were there. Target, Wal-mart, and lots of places to eat are within 10 minutes of the home. We would rent this property again in a heartbeat.
