In this comfortable Airbnb in the village of Innisfil's Friday Harbour Waterfront, you may enjoy tranquility at its finest. IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay

➤ The guest will have access to the entire unit NOT including for the Private Club, pool, and other services . Please, make yourself at home.

➤ One underground parking spot available. Free parking spots available in the large lot at end of Sea Ray Drive (5 minute walk) for visitors. Guests can also park in front of the building while you bring your belongings up to the suite then move your car to the free parking area. There are some parking spots on the street but no overnight parking is permitted. Please note that we are NOT responsible for parking tickets.

Innisfil is a town in Ontario, Canada, located on the western shore of Lake Simcoe in Simcoe County, immediately south of Barrie and 80 kilometres north of Toronto. The town of Innisfil is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of sandy beaches or spend the day out on the clear waters of Lake Simcoe.

This location is a Car-Dependent neighborhood so almost all errands require a car.

The Town of Innisfil and Uber have come together to bring on-demand, affordable, and safe transportation to the town's community, in Canada's first ridesharing and transit partnership.

➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use the Bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.

➤The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 17 - 25 degrees Celsius. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
Please take a moment to go over our booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to the rules.

1. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
