There were quite a few light bulbs burnt out, I ended up replacing them myself. Remote controls should be labeled, some bedrooms were missing all remotes, others had 2 or 3 direct tv remotes in them. Would definitely benefit from a general maintenance sweep. Other than those things it's a beautiful cabin, with amazing views, an attractive layout/design, and fair pricing.
Cabin was clean and exactly as advertised. Our college age kids enjoyed the pool table, movie room and hot tub. A great place to relax and enjoy time together.
The cabin was very clean and nice amenities. It made for a great place to stay while exploring the local area. There is plenty of room for 8 people and had good amenities.
Property is even better in person! Beautiful cabin and view! Lots of space to enjoy. Good communication from owners. Would highly recommend this place and will stay again!

What a Amazing Place.
This cabin was everything you could ask for. It was very nice, Beautiful View. We all loved the Movie Room. So much space. Definitely would like to stay here again.
This place was amazing. Had all the possible amenities you could need for a nice peaceful evening after a busy day in Pigeon Forge or the Smokey Mountains. Plenty of room for a large family to do activities together or if you want a little privacy. Highly recommend.
Awesome place with plenty of room for 4 adults and a child to relax and enjoy a long weekend. Close enough to the attractions but far enough away to relax afterwards! We will definitely see about using this cabin again! The host were quick with communication and the cabin was spotless when we arrived. Couldn't ask for anything better.

Awesome mountain memories made!
Highly recommend this fabulous property! The cabin is roomy and absolutely stunning and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay fun and memorable. From the breathtaking views to the unique beautiful decor, you will not find a better place to make memories! Excellent location with easy access to main roads and a short drive to all the fun in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The owners were great with communication and provided so much detailed information. Much appreciated. We will definitely be back!
Loved this property! Myself and two friends booked this beautiful home for a girls trip and it was perfect. We each had more than enough space and the home was clean and well appointed. The sunrise and sunset views were amazing for us and we definitely took advantage of the fire pit out back and the hot tub. The owners were fantastic to work with and responded very quickly. This property was close to Pigeon Forge and surrounding areas for convenience. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book this property again!
We enjoyed the cabin. It is very nice well appointed with a good location. Plenty of room for our whole family. Nice and private. Nice cabin and decor. Could use some extra towels. The jets on the left side of hot tub were not working. Very nice cabin would definitely stay again.

All the Bells and Whistles
This property was just as described. Amazing view, private (not right next to other cabins), clean and in a quiet area. My family enjoyed our stay. We loved the fun decor. The only setback was that the hot tub was not working during our stay. The owner was responsive and accommodated for this setback. The accessibility of the cabin without a steep mountain drive was a big plus. It is hard to find a great view without having to drive way up in the mountains. This cabin nails both. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Property and Service!
We loved staying in this cabin! It had plenty of space and was the perfect setup for our family to meet and enjoy time together. As the description says, the cabin is accessible to the local attractions, making it a great choice if you're looking for the cabin experience without being too far from everything. After booking, I had to make some adjustments to our arrangements, which Stacia and Larry were willing to provide. I truly appreciate the hosts taking time to work with us and make our experience there a positive one. Out of all the choices in the area, I am glad I chose this one.

Amazing Night!
Our night at the Nothin’ But a Good Time lodge was a blast. The house was a great size and the bedrooms were roomy and comfy and the lodge had a nice mix of rustic charm and modern conveniences.
The fire pit was perfect for chilling under the stars and making s’mores , and the theater room and pool table kept the kids entertained indoors while we were in the HotTub. We even had a surprise guest—a bear wandered across the yard, which was a cool surprise!
The location made us feel like we were away from the craziness of the strip but it was only about 15-20 minutes to The Island and the bonus was that there was a view but we didn’t have to climb any of those scary mountain roads we heard about.
Larry was so friendly and helpful, and he made sure everything ran smoothly and that we had everything we needed. This place everything you need for a good time (see what I did there?) Definitely worth checking out - we will be back!

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness, communication
It’s a no for me.
The home was not cleaned—there was thick dust and dead bugs in corners and windows, and the master bathroom closet had a strong urine odor, making it unusable. There had also been a flood in the basement, and when we arrived, an unknown man was inside attempting to “suck up the water.” The smell throughout the house—especially the lower level—was overwhelming.I asked the host to have the floors cleaned and a chirping smoke detector battery replaced. A fan was brought in, but the odor remained, and the smoke detector continued chirping through for our entire stay. The chirping was especially problematic because the house is so poorly constructed. A spilled cup of water in an upstairs bedroom leaked right through to the floor below, and conversations could be heard clearly through the floors. Supplies were minimal: one kitchen towel, one roll of paper towels, no trash bags, and old, worn cookware. The host offered a small refund if we left a positive review. I prefer to be honest so future guests can make informed decisions. While the setting is beautiful, the home is noisy, musty, dirty, and under-stocked. I wouldn’t recommend it—especially for families.
