Original stay was flooded, offered a choice of 2 other properties, pleased to have not been cancelled. The new property was clean but the building had an overwhelming stench from the dumpsters outside especially from the balcony, pool was dirty/cloudy & someone entered our place when we were absent making repairs to the dyer without any communication. I realized this immediately, as the night before I tried to use the drier and it did not work, noticed the dryer exhaust tube was broken. The following night, as I did wash I noticed there was curiously extra detergent pods that had surfaced and upon inspection saw the dryer tube had been removed and replace with a small plastic tube and suddenly worked. It just felt yucky, pictures below. Ultimately, none of these things deterred us from our trip, and would consider another stay in future as most of these issues are out of their hands and did not interfere with our stay.
