About this property

Clean & cozy basement studio, just a mile from Garden of the Gods

Through a separate entrance you’ll walk down a flight of stairs to a studio apartment. There you will find a living room, kitchenette, full (small) bathroom and a laundry room. A small room has the bed, being connected but separate from the living room. You will have linens, towels, basic soaps, brush, floss, bandaids, pain medication, and other toiletries you may have forgotten to pack.

You may hear us and/or my dog upstairs from time to time, but we are quiet folks. There is plenty of space to park in the front of the house, off the street.

I am at the edge of Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, at the base of the mountain. You can walk to Garden of the Gods! There is also a bus line that is 1/2 block away.
