Charming 2 Bedroom Town House

Make yourself at home at our charming 2 bedroom house on Mill Road. Accessed from Argyle Street, the property is nestled away from the hustle and bustle of Cambridge's Mill Road but close enough to find yourself immersed in the lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants within moments. 11 mins walk from the station and 20 min walk from Cambridge city centre - we are sure that you are going to love your stay with us.

The space
The property has 2 bedrooms -
Bedroom 1 - Double bed
Bedroom 2 - Superking bed (which can be adapted to 2 singles on request)

The living room also has a sofa bed which can be converted in to a single bed.

The living area is light and friendly with a dining area, a 42inch TV with various streaming services, as well as fast broadband throughout the property.

Bathroom has a shower over a bath.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a modern induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The property has a small conservatory which is nice for sitting out with drink and getting a bit of sunshine. The patio also acts as a sun trap.

Laundry - the property is equipped with a washing machine and detergent should you need to do any washing. The drying rack in the conservatory makes for quick work of drying also.

Parking - the property does not have onsite parking, however you can park at Cambridge station car park (9min walk), or Gwydir street parking.

Guest access
The property is accessed from Argyle Street and you will be provided with gate and key safe codes as part of check in.

Clean but overpriced

Could not open lockbox with code provided. Hot tub advertised was non existent. Living room/dining room was small - just OK for three people but more would have been difficult. Very clean and in a good location. Bedrooms were fine.

Mill road is a vibrant part of cambridge, some of the cafes are wonderful, try the Bravo Patisserie if you have a sweet tooth or Botany foodie is lovely for an artisanal Turkish coffee.
