The house was in a good peaceful area but close to town too.The hot tub was very nice to relax in and the kitchen had everything we needed.Jake was great at answering any questions we had. Our time there was great!

The house was perfect for 6 old guys on a a golf trip...The hot tub was particularly important to rejuvenate the old bones for the next round. The house was clean and the property beautiful...took our morning coffee on the patio as being visited by members of the local deer herd.

Amazing Family Getaway

We wanted a quick trip before Dad went back to work; after his seasonal lay off. It was a gorgeous home with all the amenities. We already looked up staying here again.

Great Winter Getaway

Went up north with two other couples and had a great time. House was clean, plenty of instructions on where to find everything, and you can't beat a hot tub in the winter.

30th Anniversary Vacation

We could not be happier with our stay. The host is magnificent to work with, and the entire property is as advertised. There is a lot of thoughtfulness that was put into the guest interaction with the property making the stay very familiar. We will be back.

Relaxing getaway

We had a great time at stellars place! Its cozy, inviting, clean, and nice & quiet. The hottub was clean, the couch and beds are very comfortable. No complaints at all. The house was very clean and we loved the decorations. Plenty of room for a family, kid friendly. Great place to get away and relax 😁

Great location to relax

Clean and much bigger than I thought. My kids loved it and it was very quiet and relaxing. Gaylord is just a quick drive to get supplies. Overall 5 stars. We will be back!

Snowmobile trip w the guys

We booked Stella’s place for our snowmobile trip, 6 guys fit comfortably in the house. It was very nice and everything was just as described, with everything you could need for a stay. The hot tub was awesome after a day of banging up the trails. The most underrated part of the place is the three driveways there, and the owner made sure they were all clean for us as we had two trucks and trailers. Overall it was a great stay.

First time vrbo user visiting with multigenerational family. Thought we could put grandparents and parents in the beds while grandkids slept in sleeping bags in spacious basement. I should have mentioned it when booking but didn’t think it was a big deal. Listing never mentioned that the property had a strict rule of 6 guests maximum. We were soon contacted by the hosts via messages which we responded to and then the property loud speaker, which was creepy. Things escalated quickly. Accused of having party and having a dog (both no). Threatened with eviction. Paid the original amount again for extra guests. VRBO was no help. Still upset & stressed out about the whole thing.

Susan, thank you for such a lovely review. All VRBO and Air BNB properties have house rules and a maximum guest occupancy. You listed your reservation as (4 adults & 2 kids), then showed up with a group of 14 people. Then to top it all off you argued with us over OUR own properties house rules and regulations that have always been posted on the listing. Then tried playing ignorant with us after that failed you… Property loud speaker was deployed because you quit responding to us. Also never accused the dog. I asked you, as how could anyone in their right mind as a host trust someone that lies about their reservation, and argues with the owners about their own house rules and regulations that are listed on the listing. Let’s get real here. I will do my best to now contact VRBO and leave you my review on your part. Thanks, Jake (owner)

Stellars Place

Our stay at this property WAS Stellar!! It is a super clean, beautifully decorated home set on a wooded property in Michaywe. Very peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. We loved the hot tub. Never got to use the clubhouse pools and amenities but we will next time! Thank you, Skibas!!😊

Thank you so much Linda! It was a pleasure to have you as guests at Stellar’s Place! We have added since you left! We now have Outdoor tiki bar on back patio called Stellar’s Tiki bar, New ice maker, very nice new chess table added to living room, etc. We have plans to finish basement into Arcade room. Corn hole boards are being made, shuffle board being ordered soon, etc… We hope to get to serve you as guests again in the future and thank you for the review!!

Pictures don't do it justice!

My wife, a friend and I along with our 2 service animals, loved this home. The hammock in the afternoons make an easy nap spot. Jake was beyond accommodating and has such a beautiful home. If we find our selves back in gaylord we will definitely stay here again!

The whole experience was great. The owner is a good communicator and very responsive. The house was very clean and had all amenities as listed. The community was quiet with so much wildlife. Easy access to Waters and Gaylord. Would definitely stay here again.
