House was decent. Clean and roomy. There were some things that needed to be fixed. Ice machine didnt work, one electric socket was hanging out of the wall, the front door locked, but it looked as if a hard push would open it. Ping pong table was a fun addition. Overall it was a nice place

Disappointing Stay

We arrived very late at home on first night and everyone went to bed right after we arrived. The next day one of my grandkids noticed an issue with a shattered window when she pulled back the curtain to look in backyard. The window was boarded up with the side with the shattered glass facing towards inside of home. Fortunately she did not touch it. There was also a cockroach issue that was not pleasant and frightened my special needs granddaughter making her not to sleep there again. The door jambs on the back door were rotted and didn’t seem secure. When I contacted the host he said he knew about the shattered window, but hadn’t fixed it before our stay. There was a “nipple cup” left on one of the end tables in the living room showing the room had not been thoroughly cleaned as it was not removed or thrown away. The showers ran hot and cold and several of the towels have stains on them. When we returned the next evening after my daughters baby shower the grandkids were not comfortable staying there so we packed up our belongings and left. I contacted the owner via text on VRBO and he admitted he knew the window was shattered and accused me of making up random complaints. I am also a VRBO owner and know what I would have done and HAVE DONE if something is broken or not working, I hire someone to fix it immediately or replace whatever maybe be missing or broken as soon as I am made aware of it. I have an excellent housekeeper and have never had complaints.

Young Professional Club Retreat

This location and house accommodations were ideal for my club of young professionals. The house can accommodate a large group of people and has multiple spaces for activities throughout the property. It was very clean and had everything we were looking for. I recommend this stay and would consider returning.
