Adjacent bedroom #3 has brand new queen bed and desk/chair which can also be used as a workspace. Junior master Bedroom #2 has new mattress & furniture and full ensuite bathroom, on main floor. Both full size bathrooms have sliding glass doors and walk in showers. All new stainless steel appliances in kitchen, which has Keurig coffee maker, coffeenean grinder and French press. Kitchen is stockedwith extra paper towels , napkins, K-cups, creamer sweetener cooking oil, spices and condiments. Opens to breakfast nook, dining room, living room and family room with 52" HD TV. Private tiered/graded patio with all new lounges, conversation patio furniture, pergola & dining table, built-in gas BBQ and gas fire pit, enclosed & private with bamboo fencing, palm trees, colored-lights Decorated with splashes of blue and green, this split-level home has 1826 sq ft interior and 2600 sq ft palm-lined patio. Gorgeous views of sunset from patio!
~ Three-bedrooms, (1 king, 2 queen beds NEW mattresses & furniture) w/ 2.5 baths - can sleep max 10 guests with 2 additional sleeping areas equipped with luxury queen size air mattresses with thick memory gel foam toppers which are available upon request with advance notice to convert dining room and living with curtains/room dividers.. Maximum number of guests is 10, with two persons per bed.
~ Five- minute walking distance to grocery, shops, and restaurants. Two shopping malls and freeway within 3-5 minutes drive.
~ Guests can expect to walk up and down stairs during their stay as there are 7 steps leading to front door/main entrance as well as 6 steps to Bedrooms #1 and #3 and patio steps leading to Tier(s) #2 and #3.
~ Note: patio step handrails lead from ground floor to Tier #1, but no handrail from Tier #2 to #3. Guests with physical disabilities who require the use of a wheelchair or walker should not consider this property for their stay.
~ Guests have full access to entire house, private patio, and driveway which accommodates 2-3 vehicles. Free ample street parking, with 2-hr parking M-F, 8am-6pm. Street cleaning restrictions on Mon/Tues, 12-2pm.

Quiet residential neighborhood yet only 5 min walking distance to shops and restaurants, and Hwy 101. Fully private, safe, huge graded patio perfect for dining or relaxing day and night. Colorful modern decor inside with new paint, flooring, lighting. Kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, 3 bathrooms equipped with new self-cleaning toilets. Three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms can accommodate up to *10 guests when dining and living room are converted to sleeping areas with queen size luxury air mattresses and room dividers. (Advance notice required). *Base price is for 1-2 guests, and extra guest fee is $25 per night per guest up to 10 guests total.
