Step into modern luxury at this fully furnished 4-bed, 4-bath home with 2,510 sq ft of upscale living in a secure gated community. Three bathrooms are ensuite, and the living room features a 75" TV, pool table and fire place , Relax in the gated backyard with a whirlpool Jacuzzi or enjoy the second Jacuzzi in the master suite. Available for daily, weekly, or monthly lease. Driveway parking only, garage unavailable. 100% disinfection for cleanliness.
The space
Be our guest at this modern luxury beautiful newly built home with upscale beautiful furniture. This property features four bedrooms and four bathrooms-three of the four bathrooms are ensuite, with a brand new 75" TV in the living room, a queen air mattress easy to set up with a built-in air pump and crib. Also, note that this home is in a safe area.
The backyard is completely gated & has a whirlpool Jacuzzi. We would love to host you & please note we use 100% disinfectant for the best cleanliness results.
NOTE:
Driveway parking only, NO Access to the Garage.
Sleeping Arrangement:
Our home is equipped to comfortably accommodate guests of all ages. We offer three spacious king beds, a set of twin beds, and a cozy couch in the master bedroom that converts into a full bed. Additionally, there’s an air mattress available for extra sleeping arrangements, and we provide a crib for families traveling with babies.

Other things to note
UTILITIES - LADWP/SoCal Gas. For rentals with the term
30-day and longer we require a flat non-refundable utilities fee which is determined by the property size and season-specific usage and paid upfront. If the extra days are booked, the utilities bill portion will be prorated respectively with a reference to 30 days.
An unlikely circumstance of utilities over-usage could be a reason for an additional charge.
We also recommend buying a damage protection policy for $99 for $5000 worth of coverage. This will protect guests against damages covered in this policy.
GRILL - We do offer a propane grill, but guests need to provide their own propane as we do not supply it.
PETS - $60/pet /stay. Maximum of 2 pets only.
UNAUTHORIZED FILMING - if unauthorized filming in the property happens during your stay without our written permission, you will be billed up to $5000/day.
DISCLAIMER: There is a hot tub on the site and all guests remain responsible for its use, there are cameras in the front and the back of the EXTERIOR of the property, and there is decibel recording hardware and software connected to the house to maintain reasonable levels of volume.
