Soul Surfing III-Brand new home completed in June 2023. Property includes a private beach area located on the bay with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Mexico from the front porch area. Located in the town of Dauphin Island also known as the Sunset Capital of Alabama. Gorgeous split floor plan with beautiful views of the water from the living/dining/and kitchen areas. Sleeps 15 comfortably. 5 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Fully equipped with many extras including all kitchen appliances, linens, towels, and outdoor gas grill. Bedrooms 2 and 3 include king sized beds and have private entrance and exits through french doors that open to the spacious back porch. The bedrooms and back porch area have some of the best views of the spectacular sunsets on Dauphin Island. Bedroom 1 includes another king sized bed with a gulf view. Bedroom 4 contains two sets of full sized bunk beds which are perfect for the kids. Bedroom 5 includes a full and twin sized bunk all bedrooms and living areas have Smart TV's. WiFi is included. Home has high chair and playpen for smaller children. Please be advised of the following information prior to placing a Reservation: Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 23. Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay. Maximum Occupancy numbers include children and cannot be exceeded at any time. All of our homes are Non-Smoking and Pet Friendly with a paid pet fee.

House and property were fabulous. Glad we brought the kitchen equipment that we did, house was lacking in that area. But, everything else was great! The beach is fun, but understand that the bay side is much different than the gulf side. Worked out great for younger kids, it’s calmer. It was really cool getting all the fun of a beach vacation but also seeing nature. Hermit crabs, dolphins, and blue crabs plus birds all over.

This property was simply amazing! The location was great - close to the west end beach and the little pond and bay access were a great little private getaway and kids could run to and from the house as needed. beautiful views from both front and back porches and plenty of seating to just sit and enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. Completely enjoyed our time and can’t wait to go back!

We had a huge group stay for 5 nights and it was perfect! Such a beautfiul spot!! Beach is right across the street, and backyard is the bay! The only complaint I would have is that there weren’t enough towels for our stay. Definitely will be coming back!!

This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, beds and pillows were comfortable, everything we needed to cook. The bay side is less than a 5 minute walk from the back of the house! The beach right across the street. My family and friends had a great time!

We have come to Dauphin Island every year since 2019. This house has been our favorite. Affordable, accommodating, and spacious. In the perfect spot on DI and was incredibly clean. Also, still had that new house smell. We will be back to this house!

Amazing property!

Love this house! We had 6 people and 2 dogs, and never felt like we were on top of each other. The views are incredible! The island is quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed. Internet/cell service was very spotty, but we knew about it before. Getting to the ocean side was easy and of course the bay was just out the back door. We will be back and hopefully at this same house.

This was our first vacation as a family of five, and this home made it extremely easy for us. It was accurately represented in the pictures and description, and there were no surprises or hiccups during the planning or the trip. We had a few minor questions the week before the visit and the ownership group answered them quickly and fully. Our kids loved the house, the accessibility to the beach, and we loved the quiet and the ease of staying there. The only thing I'd recommend is a shower on the lower level for the sand. The hose connection down there works fine, but a shower is nice for kids who can't keep sand out of their hair. Before we left, we were already planning the next visit. Great, clean, comfortable home, and well represented on its VRBO page. Nice job, we'll see you again soon!
